You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags intact. Please ensure the size is accurate before placing an order. For exchanges, a fee of ₹199 applies.

We will process your return. A ₹100 pickup fee will be deducted from the amount you paid, and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit. Please share the email address where the store credit should be sent after the product is picked up.

Pickup Timeline:
The pickup will be attempted within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends).
Handover Video (Mandatory):
Please record a single, continuous (one-take) video showing:
The actual product clearly (do not show the box initially)
The product being handed over to the delivery personnel, OR
The product being packed into the courier’s secure packaging, as shown in the reference video- Watch Video
Delivery Personnel Visibility:
The video must clearly capture the delivery person’s face during the handover or packaging process.
Packaging Instructions:
Do not hand over the original box
Only the product should be given to the courier
Failure to provide a proper handover video may result in the exchange being rejected or delayed.
